Ed Hartwell Takes A Huge Financial Loss On Atlanta Mansion

In the latest developments of the Ed Hartwell vs. Keshia Knight Pulliam feud, the former NFL player has decided to sell his Atlanta mansion, perhaps, at an attempt to get a head start on getting over his estranged wife. The home that they once shared has been sold for $690,000 which means Hartwell took an $600,000 L on the sale.

Back in 2005, he purchased the 8,000-square-foot home at $1.268 million which rests on eight acres and complete with six bedrooms. It has a furnished basement, media room, family room and a grandiose backyard with a pond. According to TMZ, the home was his before he married Pulliam, so it’s unclear why he sold it at such a bargain.

Thankfully, his wife is picking up the pieces in her life and moving forward with her pregnancy. She’s reportedly worth $12 million, so she can certainly support herself. Perhaps, Hartwell is gearing up for a nasty court battle and wanted to liquidate his assets just in case.
