Word on the street is the 1992 film “White Men Can’t Jump” is getting a modern facelift and Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin will help produce it!
According to Variety, Griffin will join forces with “Blackish” creator Kenya Barris and Carolina Panthers’ Ryan Kalil to reboot the classic comedy. Barris will be producing and writing the script for the film.
“White Men Can’t Jump” originally followed two basketball hustlers, Woody Harrelson and Wesley Snipes, who came together after initially beefing with each other.
Well rapper Riff Raff took to Twitter hoping that he snags a role on the remake as Harrelson:
THEY ARE REMAKiNG "WHiTE MEN CANT JUMP" iN A PERFECT WORLD i WOULD BE PLAYiNG THE ROLE OF WOODY HARRELSON… LETS HOPE THE WORLD iS PERFECT
