At this point, you have to be living under a rock if you’re not caught up on this Chyna and Rob tea. Just yesterday, Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Rob. He officially cannot post anything about Chyna, nor go anywhere near her until further notice.
Chyna’s not-so-secret lover Ferrari got a taste of those legalities as well, as her lawyer sent him a letter threatening to take legal action if he continues to post intimate pictures or videos of her.
The letter reportedly reads, “This letter is a notice to you that you do not have permission to post online or distribute by any means any sexually explicit photos of Ms. White or of her intimate body parts.” The letter reminds Ferrari that posting those pictures is a crime and could result in a large fine or actual jail time. “We will not hesitate to seek all civil and criminal remedies against you if you post or distribute such photos in any manner to any person,” it reads.
