Do You Remember These Video Vixens From Back In The Day? It’s Almost 2018 & They’re Still Slaying!

Hey, Roommates! We just wanted to take y’all on a trip down memory lane with four video vixens who were popping back in the early 2000’s. #KiToyJohnson, #EstherBaxter and #TheGlennTwins have graced the covers of countless magazines and have starred in some classic rap and R&B videos in their prime. Today, these women are some BOSSES!! Get into it!!

1.) Kai-Toy Johnson

#KiToyJohnson was the lead video vixen for the classic Outkast song “The Way You Move” which won her Vibe’s “Sexiest Video Vixen” award back in 2004.

Johnson was often referred to as “The Body” for her solid yet curvy figure and graced the covers of King, XXL, Black Men, SSX and Smooth magazines just to name a few. She even landed a role in “Beauty Shop” alongside Queen Latifah!

Today, Johnson is a businesswoman and owns a construction company called First Class Enterprises. Through her nonprofit, Destiny’s Child Inc, Johnson helps those who suffer from autism and schizophrenia.

2.) Esther Baxter

#EstherBaxter was the lead baddie in the Freek-A-Leek video and appeared in many others such as Ludacris’s “Number One Spot”, Will Smith’s “Switch”, Nelly’s “Shake Ya Tailfeather” and Kanye West’s “The New Workout Plan.”

Today, the 33-year old is a mother to a son named Cayden, and for the most part she’s drinking her water, collecting her coins and minding her business!

The last time many of us heard from Esther Baxter was when she and #JoeBudden WENT AT IT on Twitter back in 2011. They were dating and Esther was even pregnant with his baby, but unfortunately, things didn’t work out.

3.) The Glenn Twins

Roommates, do you guys remember The Glenn Twins? Debra and Joyce Glenn were the cute girls in the “Fly High Remix” video as well as 50 Cent’s “Wanna Get to Know You” and Bow Wow’s “Let’s Get Down” videos. Debra and Joyce were JET Magazine’s Beauty Of The Week in October 2005 and made XXL Magazine’s Eye Candy Feature back in 2007, but they’ve had features in more than 30 magazines or advertisements in the past 14 years.

Per their website, the twins landed roles in films, TV shows such as “The Game” and “Single Ladies” in addition to appearing in commercials and hosting several TV shows and industry events. The Glenn Twins later got into merchandising and launched their own personalized products. The girls are also authors having published a book called Keeping Your Crown: The Black Woman’s Guide to Reclaiming Greatness back in January.

Yes, for all these vixens turning into badazz businesswomen!!
