Last month Bill Cosby’s sexual assault case ended with a mistrial. Now a Pennsylvania judge has reportedly set a new date for a retrial.
According to Variety, Judge Steven O’ Neill issued an order earlier this week stating that a new trial is set to start later this year on November 6th at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, PA.
Last month a jury debated for over six days before the judge accepted that they were deadlocked. After the mistrial was announced District Attorney Kevin Steele reportedly said he would seek a mistrial in the case.
Cosby faced three charges of aggravated indecent assault, which came about after an employee from Temple University claimed he drugged and sexually assaulted her back in 2004.
