Chance The Rapper Files A Lawsuit Against Anyone Trying To Sell Fake Merchandise At His Upcoming Tour

Chance The Rapper is gearing up to head out on his Spring Tour, but before he does, he’s making sure he is taking legal actions against anyone who may try to sell fake merchandise to his fans.

According to Complex, Chance and his touring company, filed a lawsuit in an Illinois district court earlier this week for “injunctive and monetary relief.” They have taken the cautionary efforts against anyone who may attempt to sell unofficial merchandise at his upcoming shows.

Although there are no names attached to the lawsuit, this is their strategy to prevent anyone from making the efforts of selling fake merchandise and making money off of his name.

Chance reportedly filed a lawsuit last year when he embarked on his Magnificent Coloring World Tour.

The Grammy-award winning rapper starts his Spring Tour on April 24th in San Diego and will end it in Dover, Delaware June 17th, with a final show going down on October 3rd in Los Angeles.
