Delaware Bathroom Fight: Judge Convicts Teen In Fatal School Bathroom Attack

#Roommates remember the 16-year-old teenage girl who lost her life last year in a school bathroom attack? Well, a 17-year-old girl was convicted Thursday of criminally negligent homicide.

According to Newser, the ruling came in a nonjury trial for the three girls charged in the death of Amy Joyner-Francis. The teen who was convicted was also found guilty of misdemeanor conspiracy.

One of the other girls was also convicted of conspiracy because she made an online post saying, “we gonna get her…she’s scared,” and kicked Joyner-Francis while she was on the floor trying to fight back.

Judge Robert Coonin let the other girl off of conspiracy because she didn’t make any online posts threatening her, or seen on the video.

The two teens are scheduled to be sentenced on May 23.
