#DerrickRose will officially be finishing out the 2018 season with the #MinnesotaTimberwolves! According to Adrian Wojnarowski of #ESPN, Rose and the Timberwolves came to a contract agreement Thursday after he was released from the Utah Jazz last month.
If you recall, the basketball player took a reprieve the #Cavs back in November after playing in only 16 games. Sources say that he took a break in order to “re-evaluate his career” after suffering from consecutive ankle injuries. “He’s tired of being hurt, and it’s taking a toll on him mentally,” a source told Wojnarowski at the time.
Rose won’t be lonely, though. He’ll be linking up with his old head coach from the #ChicagoBulls, Tom Thibodeau who now coaches The Timberwolves.
Hopefully Rose is all healed up and strong as he finishes out the season!
