The NFL doesn’t play when it comes to handing out fines! Now I’m sure we all have a pair shoes that we love, but how far would you be willing to go to wear them when your not supposed to? Wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham loved his Yeezy cleats so much that he lied about his reasoning for wearing them during the NFL “My Cleats” campaign.
According to ESPN, players throughout the league got involved in the campaign in Week 13. Basically players wore designer cleats to help promote charities and other social issues that they care about.
Now Dorial wore some cleats from Kanye’s Yeezy brand and said they were in the name of
”the Yeezy Foundation,” which doesn’t exist.
His lie cost him $6,076.
