New York Fashion designer Kate Spade was found dead in her New York City apartment on Tuesday morning.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, she died from an apparent suicide. Officials say that her housekeeping staff found her around 10:30am.
Sources say she left a note at the scene, however, officials were not able to give any further details about the ongoing investigation.
Kate Spade has over 140 retail stores across the country and is most known for her fashionable handbags.
