Kendall & Kylie On Their ‘Vintage’ T-Shirts: “The Lawsuit Is Baseless”

Just last week social media dragged Kendall and Kylie Jenner over their ‘vintage’
t-shirts from their clothing line that pictured their personal Instagram pictures over
photo’s of legendary artist’s.

Chile, everyone from Biggies mom Voletta Wallace, to Sharon and Kelly Osbourne read them for filth.

Some photo’s of Tupac were used on the shirts and Michael Miller, the photographer who took those pictures hit the girls with a lawsuit real quick as he claims that no one from their team contacted him for permission.

Welp, according to Rolling Stone, the girls clapped back with their own response through their company and said, “The allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless,” adding that “There have been no infringement or violation of anyone’s rights.”

Their statement also claims that they purchased the pictures from a company that is authorized to license them.

In case you’re wondering, the T-Shirt line has since been canceled and removed from all of their social media accounts as well as their website.
