Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s very own Tommie Lee will reportedly have to spend two days in jail as a result of a plea deal that stems from her DUI arrest that took place back in 2016.
According to TMZ, Tommie pled guilty to one count of DUI and another count of driving without headlights, and as part of her sentencing she will have to spend 48 hours in Fulton County Jail, opposed to the two years she was originally facing. She will be serving her time next week.
Aside from that, Tommie will also have to complete 40 hours of community service and get an alcohol and drug evaluation treatment. She will reportedly be on probation for 12 months.
The reality star was caught drunk driving back in January of this year.
As we previously reported, back in May Tommie was ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring device, but the device has since been removed from her ankle.
