Nelly Accuser Wants To Drop The Investigation; His Team Reportedly Wants A Public Apology

The woman who said Nelly allegedly sexually assaulted on his tour bus in Seattle last weekend wants to quietly drop this case and put it all behind her.

According to Page Six, the woman’s lawyer Karen Koehler said in a statement Friday that her client wanted to stop the investigation and would refuse to testify in court.

Her lawyer says the woman feels like she can’t win against Nelly.  “Who will believe her. People are saying horrible things already. She cannot handle this. She is about to break.”

Nelly’s team isn’t letting this go just that easy. According to TMZ, his attorney Scott Rosenblum told the outlet that his accuser’s “reckless accusation, once investigated thoroughly, was exposed for what it was-a fabrication. A fabrication that has caused Nelly and his family to suffer emotionally and financially.”

His lawyer wants the girl to apologize to Nelly and his family for the chaos she created!
