NEW YORK’S FIRST $100 MILLION APARTMENT SOLD (Pics inside)

A buyer who remains incognito has made history today by dropping a mind blowing $100.47 million on a one family penthouse condo in NYC!

According to city records, the apartment takes up the entire 89th and 90th floors of the gorgeous One57, which is a a high end condominium residence located on Central Park at 57th St. They call it the “crown jewel of Billionairs Row”.

The purchase makes the one family home the first to be sold for more than $100 million. The previous record that was beaten was a deal that cost Ekaterina Rybolovleva, daughter of Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, a staggering $88 million for a condo at 15 Central Park West nearly four years ago.

The jaw-dropping 11,000-square-foot pad, has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two powder rooms, not to mention stellar Central Park and city views. Sounds like a place someone like me can get lost in!

Wait it gets worse there is a penthouse at a new tower going up at 520 Park Avenue in New York that is rumored to hit the markets for a price tag of $130 million later this year. I always tell people there is a difference between being wealthy and being rich, honey! This is wealthy money, that Arab money!! People like me can only dream of even stepping foot in the hallways of these places, but then again its $100 million, do you know what I can do with $100 million!!! Let’s chat below do you think these condominiums are worth the money?
