There may never be another party like the Obama parties in the White House, so you know they have to go out with a bang.
According to the Washington Post, the Obamas are reportedly preparing to throw their farewell party at the White House on Friday. “A person with knowledge of the marquee affair,” mentioned a few details. Although the White House has yet to officially announce the gathering. The Obama Administration usually keeps details secret until the last hours.
The couple did confirm to People Magazine last month that they would have one final bash before making their exit.
Some of the guest expected to attend the party include Oprah Winfrey, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Usher, Samuel Jackson, Bradley Cooper and a host of others.
If this final party is anything like their previous parties they may confiscate cellphones at the White House gate. However, we will more than likely hear about how turnt the party was after it is over.
This farewell party is the start of their goodbye tour, which will lead President Obama to give his farewell speech in Chicago on January 10th.
We are definitely going to miss the Obama’s.
