The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a clear warning today urging people to stop eating the cereal after it was linked to a salmonella outbreak that infected 100 people in 33 states!
The CDC has recalled the cereal after an unopened package of the Kellogg’s treat tested positive for salmonella in California. At least 30 people have been hospitalized due to the outbreak but no deaths have been reported.
We’ll keep ya’ll updated on when it’s safe to eat the cereal again.
