The 2019 Golden Globes Nominations Are Announced!

Award season is quickly upon us and on Thursday the nominations for the 76th annual Golden Globes were announced.

According to Variety, actors Terry Crews, Danai Gurira, Leslie Mann and Christian Slate took part in announcing the nominations for the award show.

Some of our favorite actors and actresses have earned nominations for some of the biggest films and television shows of the year. One film to earn a nomination is none other than “Black Panther.” After having a record-breaking release at the box office this year, the film has earned nominations in the categories of Best Motion Picture- Drama, Best Original Score, and Best Original Song.

Spike Lee’s film “BlacKkKlansman” also earned some nominations including Best Motion Picture- Drama, and the star of the film John David Washington has earned the Best Actor in a Motion Picture-Drama nomination.
