Yesterday news broke that Tiger Woods was arrested in Florida and charged with a DUI.
Later on, he released a statement where he stated that alcohol was not to blame, but prescription medication.
According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Tiger Woods was found asleep at the wheel in a stopped car at 2:03am. When Woods was behind the wheel asleep, he reportedly still had the motor running, and the right blinker flashing.
According to the report, Woods “had extremely slow and slurred speech.”
Woods told police he was coming from L.A. from golfing, but then he quickly switched his story and said he didn’t know where he was.
When it comes to the sobriety test, he failed to do the one-leg stand or the nose touch, and he took a Breathalyzer test and blew zeros. The report states he was “cooperative as much as possible, very droopy, extremely sleepy, hard to keep eyes open, hard to walk.”
On the report, Solarex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx were listed under medical conditions, but it was noted that Vioxx had not been taken this year. It also mentioned Woods had 4 left knee surgeries and 4 Achilles.
