Tommie Lee Has A Shot At Getting Released Later This Month!

#Roommates, it feels like Love and Hip Hop Atlanta’s #TommieLee has been locked up for a hot minute but sis is hoping to come home soon as she is eyeing a release date later this month.

If you’re wondering how long she’s been in jail, well it has been about a month and if you’re wondering why it’s been that long, it’s because Tommie got re-arrested…on her release date, according to @TMZ_tv.

Law enforcement officials said Tommie was set to be released from Georgia’s Cobb County Jail with an ankle monitor on November 7th but she got re-arrested the same day for violating probation in her DUI case.

The violation was actually the result of getting arrested twice within 24 hours for allegedly stalking her daughter and slamming her child into a school locker back in October. This time, she was taken to Fulton County, where she got the DUI, and has been there for 28 days now.

She has a second shot at a release later this month.

As we previously reported, Tommie had to spend two days in jail as a result of her plea deal from her DUI arrest, which took place back in 2016.

Back then, she pleaded guilty to one count of DUI and another count of driving without headlights, and as part of her sentencing she had to spend 48 hours in Fulton County Jail, opposed to the two years she was originally facing.

In addition to the jail time, Tommie was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and was told to get an alcohol and drug evaluation treatment. She was put on probation for 12 months, which she violated with her recent arrests.

Back in May, Tommie was ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring device, but she has since removed the device from her ankle.
