Kodak Black isn’t letting his past legal troubles dictate his future. The rapper has teamed up with Master P to host a back-to-school fundraiser on August 14 in his hometown of Pompano Beach, Florida, where they plan on giving away school supplies to over 1300 kids.
The No Limit Records CEO is reportedly helping Kodak to turn over a new leaf and has taken him under his wing. According to TMZ, Master P said the two of them linked after Kodak’s interview on “The Breakfast Club” in January. He also said the rapper is like a son to him.
In a statement released last month, Kodak said he is a work in process and wants to use his second chance to help inner city kids.
