It looks like the judge isn’t cutting Bill Cosby any slack in his sexual assault case. A judge ruled Tuesday that Bill is a “sexually violent predator.”

According to Fox 8, this isn’t something Bill’s defense team wanted because his name will now appear on the sex offenders list, which is a list that’s sent to schools and neighborhoods. He also has to “undergo lifetime counseling and report quarterly to authorities.”

Judge Steven O’Neil made the tough decision as he prepares to sentence Bill for sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in Philadelphia back in 2004. Prosecutors want him to serve at least 10 years and pay a $25,000 fine. Bill’s defense team wants him placed on house arrest, claiming he’s legally blind and walks with a wooden cane. Prosecutors don’t want Bill to be placed on house arrest because they feel like it would almost be a slap on the wrist since his wife threw him a lavish jazz themed birthday party at their house earlier this year.

Bill has maintained his innocence since the charges were brought against him but it’s clear that his reputation has been tainted. He was originally looking at 30 years in the slammer but prosecution agreed to “merge the three counts of his conviction into one.”
