Tupac Photographer Sues Kylie And Kendall Jenner Over Their “Vintage” T-Shirt Line

The fallout from Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s short-lived “vintage” T-shirt collection continues.

Now photographer Michael Miller is suing the sisters for using his copyrighted images of #Tupac on their t-shirts, which were being sold for $125 each.

According to the lawsuit filed by Miller’s attorney, the Kylie + Kendall brand “at no time notified Miller that they intended to exploit his photography, let alone obtained his authorization.”

Complex reports that the suit references Kendall’s failed Pepsi commercial. It states that “an association with Kendall is particularly problematic given that she was complicit in not one but two of the worst public relations disasters in recent memory.”

This t-shirts, which have reportedly since been pulled off the shelves, also featured unauthorized images of Ozzy Osbourne, the Notorious B.I.G., Jimmy Morrison of The Doors, and more music icons.
