Tupac’s Estate Is Being Sued Over Unpaid Royalties

#Roommates, it’s been nearly 20 years since #Tupac released “Bury Me a G” but one songstress is seeking unpaid royalties despite that fact.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, a singer on the 90’s hit is claiming she never was compensated for her contribution to the track. Natasha Walker has officially lawyered up & is now coming for Tupac’s estate.

In the court documents, Natasha claims that she has never seen a dime from the song’s release and that she and Tupac made a deal back in 1993 and the song would be a joint effort to which she’d have equal ownership.

The only problem with Natasha’s claim is in the state of California the statute of limitations for contract claims is 4 years. But here’s where things get tricky… with the recent release of #AllEyezOnMe, there has been a spike in Tupac’s catalog and his estate is making money off of these songs.

Natasha is seeking all royalties, back and current, plus damages and attorney’s fees.

#Roommates, do you think she has a case?
