There are those of us who are gym rats and just can’t stay away because of the amazing physical and health benefits gym life comes with. Then there are those of us–much like myself–who only go to the gym the night before that major pool party or beach trip, and then get mad and unmotivated when we don’t see results in that time frame.
I’m just saying–how many times have you fiened over someone’s body when scrolling down your timeline all while complaining about why you can’t look like a snack either. Meanwhile, all this is happening as you snack on hot Cheetos in your bed. No? That’s just me? K.
Anyhow, summer is approaching and people are therefore kicking a** in the gym to get their summer bodies snatched!
