#Roommates, if you know you not about that life then don’t pretend because the consequences could be severe. Unfortunately one woman in California learned that the hard when she fainted in a courtroom after being told that she was found guilty in a murder-for-hire plot against her husband.
Diana Lovejoy, 45, of Carlsbad, was found guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder in the Sept. 1, 2016 attack of Greg Mulvihill, according to KTLA news.
Diana tried to take her ex-husband out weeks before she was supposed to run him $120,000 following their divorce.
Greg was lured into a remote location where Diana’s hit man, Weldon McDavid Jr. Weldon, was waiting. When Greg showed up David shot him in the arm.
One juror wasn’t here for the case at all and immediately found Diana and Weldon guilty.
“[Just] because it was a well thought out crime doesn’t mean it was a smartly thought out crime,” the juror said.
