2 Suspects Have Been Arrested In The Robbery & Assault Of Three Transgender Women In Hollywood (Update)

TSR Updatez: Roommates, police have arrested two of the three suspects involved in the attack and robbery of Eden The Doll and her friends in Hollywood early this week.

According to CBS L.A., the LAPD has arrested 29-year-old Carlton Callway and Willie Walker in relation to the crime, which the department is categorizing as a hate crime. The third suspect, Davion Williams, is still at large and place are continuing the search for him.

“The group of three transgender women were viciously attacked on Hollywood Boulevardm” said Deputy Chief Justin Eisenberg. “What was particularly callous about these crimes was the actions of the on lookers.”

Authorities said they recognized both suspects from he cellphone video, which has now gone viral, and detectives say they worked with the LGBTQ community to find them. L.A. City Councilman Mitch O’Farrell said crimes against the transgender community fo some time.

“When I saw the video, like anyone who has seen it who believes in human decency, to see this level of violence celebrated gleefully, smooch so that the perpetrator himself posted on social media, is like a sucker punch to all of us who believe in civilized behavior,” O’Farrell said.

As we previously reported, Eden Estrada, Joslyn Allen, and Jasmine Busanet were waiting for an Uber when the suspects began harassing them and things got violent.
