A 57-year-old man, unfortunately, passed away while riding a Brooklyn subway train on Friday.
According to the New York Daily News, officials say the man was found on the A train at the Jay St.-MetroTech train station around 7:55 a.m.
There were no signs of trauma, and police reportedly do not think that the unidentified man’s death was suspicious. A police officer source said, “It looks non-criminal.”
The man’s body was transported to the Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
According to NBC New York, this is not the first time that someone has died on the train. Back in January a man that appeared to be in his 50’s died while riding the Q train.
Authorities say at this time it is believed the man on the A train, may have been homeless and died from natural causes.
