Adrien Broner Sentenced To 7 Days In Prison For Violating Probation

Roommates, Adrien Broner was apparently sentenced to seven days in prison for violating his probation in a 2018 sexual assault case.

The former world champion boxer was arrested in Miami back in March on drunk driving charges. Judge Sherrie Miday apparently said that she hoped this moment would be a “wake-up call” to Adrien, according to The Cleveland.

Adrien reportedly told the judge that he was struggling, adding that his wife left him and he needed counseling.

If you may recall, Adrien Broner had multiple charges against him back in November 2018 after a woman accused him of assaulting her at a nightclub. The charges included fourth degree felony, gross sexual imposition, third degree felony, misdemeanor sexual imposition and abduction.

Adrien was then sentenced to two years probation after he plead guilty to assault and unlawful restraint.

Adrien Broner had to pay $830,000 to the woman who accused him of assaulting her after she filed a civil suit against him.
