Alec Baldwin Calls Out Brendan Langley For Defending Himself Against United Airlines Employee

Former NFL Player Brendan Langely is trending after a video of a recent physical altercation he experienced with a United Airlines employee went viral online, and Alex Baldwin chimed in about Langley’s role in the incident.

As we previously reported, Langley was assaulted by the UA employee, who can be seen slapping the former baller in the face in the viral video. Shortly after, Langley can be heard asking other employees to stop the man before punching him into a ticketing counter.

While the video does not show the entire incident prior to the UA employee throwing the first slap, it seems as though Brendan was defending himself. Despite the video evidence, actor Alec Baldwin isn’t buying it. He commented on the video saying that Brendan Langley should be put on a no fly list for his behavior.

The guy working at the airport is the victim. He came to work to do a job. The other guy, with his big mouth, is guilty of work place abuse, where people come to work with an expectation of safety, even civility. This a**hole who hit this guy should be put on a no fly list.”

Alec Baldwin is one of the most respected actors in the industry with a thriving career spanning over four decades! He’s been the star of some of Hollywood’s biggest films including Tim Burton’s 1988 film Beetlejuice, and has won three Primetime Emmy awards, three Golden Globe Awards and eight Screen Actors Guild Awards over the course of his career.

Things took a turn for Baldwin in 2021 when he discharged a prop revolver on the set of his new film Rust, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza.

In light of that tragedy, many commenters criticized Baldwin for this comments about Brendan. Television personality Laura Govan stepped into The Shade Room saying,

Alec have a seat, sir. Everyone at work isn’t always the best, helpful, kind or courteous. I travel a lot and honestly they don’t even want to be there and have bad attitudes and are so unhelpful! FYI you should still be grieving over the lady you killed!

Brendan was charged with simple assault and the United Airlines employee has reportedly been terminated.
