Ariana Grande is not done sharing her vocals with the world just yet! Despite dropping her seventh album last year and its deluxe version this year, the hybrid talent remains a fan of the booth. Most recently, she addressed concerns about whether she plans to step away from her musical gift. The short answer? Not a chance.

Ariana Grande Reassures Fans She’s Still Doing Music

According to her Instagram bio, Ariana Grande has been “somewhere over the rainbow.” And, trust she’s found a pot of gold, roomies! Grande has been working on
‘Wicked and Wicked: For Good,’ the sequel to the award-winning musical fantasy film, ‘Wicked.’

Earlier this week,she uploaded a photo of herself in a sound booth with actor Josh Gad, holding up what looks like scripts of Dr. Seuss’ final book, ‘Oh The Place You’ll Go!’ Still, the singer said on Wednesday that she finds the assumptions about her and music “very silly.” Music remains and has always been her “lifeline,” Ariana said.

“There will need to be room made for all of it. ŸšŸ It may not look exactly like it did before, but I much prefer how it looks in my head. I am having fun. I feel grateful, excited, and inspired. Finding a balance, between many projects and endeavors I love, and doing it my own way so Im working on a plan to sing for you all next year. Even if its just for a little. I love you.”

 

What’s Tea With Her Latest Music Release?

Speaking of new music, fans were twice blessed by ‘Eternal Sunshine,’ which first dropped in March 2024. A year later, the deluxe reissue shot the album from No. 87 to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, per NPR. The deluxe introduced five new songs and an extended version of the intro.

While Ariana Grande promises to sing for her fans in 2026, it’s unclear if new music will lead to a tour. The last time she hit the road was in 2019 for her ‘Sweetener World Tour,’ which included sets from the same-titled album and ‘Thank U, Next.’

Speaking of acting on ‘Wicked’that’s the set where Ariana Grande and her latest boyfriend, Ethan Slater, met. At the time, they were married to other people when filming started in December 2022. Ariana had Dalton Gomez, and Slater had welcomed a son with Lilly Jay in August of that year. In February 2023, the singer and her husband split. Then, in July 2023, the world learned that both actors were single. Two days later, the update was that they were dating. Fast-forward to June 2024, the couple was spotted on a rare public date, and a few months later, in September, she bragged about how loving and caring he is.

“There is no one on this earth with a better heart, and that is something that no bulls–tabloid can rewrite in real life,” she told Vanity Fair for their Sept. article.

According to TODAY, Slater and Ariana Grande were still dating as of January 2025. They’ve attended several award shows this year together, including the Oscars in March.
