BetMGM, the market-leading sports betting and gaming entertainment company, announced on Thursday it has expanded its partnership with Vegas Golden Knights, a National Hockey League (NHL) franchise. The deal builds on an existing partnership between the duo and will see BetMGM become the official betting partner for the team.
Under the multi-year expansion agreement, BetMGM will benefit from signage at T-Mobile Arena during Vegas Golden Knights home games. Another benefit that the agreement gives BetMGM is the brand presence at the Knight Tron and various marketing events. Last but not least, the partnership will bring exclusive joint draws, advertising and more unique content.
The Vegas Golden Knights franchise, owned and operated by Black Knight Sports and Entertainment LLC, was the first NHL team to partner with a sportsbook. Back in 2018, the Golden Knights teamed up with William Hill US. In addition to William Hill and BetMGM, the franchise has signed agreements with other operators such as Wynn Resorts, IGT, Caesars, as well as Casino Without Swedish License With Trustly.

BetMGM chief revenue officer Matt Prevost said the company was delighted to continue its partnership with Golden Knights. In addition, he stressed that the partnership has been excellent so far. Finally, Prevost admitted that the company hopes to offer sports fans a more unique experience through BetMGM.

BetMGM, founded in 2018, has positioned itself as one of the leading sports betting operators in the US. The company only recently signed a new agreement with Pariplay. The deal was announced in November and brought Pariplay content to BetMGM players in Michigan and New Jersey. Prior to that, BetMGM joined forces with former Arizona Cardinals player and Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson. As part of the partnership, Johnson was appointed BetMGM brand ambassador.
