Khachapuri and nut factory

After walking around Tbilisi and looking at the mountains around, we decided to go back to Turkey. Said and done. We gathered and hitchhiked as always. The driver of the truck that stopped near us was George from Tbilisi. Georgia is a fabulous country: every third taxi driver is a professor, but Georgy knows five languages and is actually an architect, but works as a trucker.

On our: "We are going to Turkey", he said: "Let's go quickly. I'll take you so far that you'll be pleased too". But before Turkey, you need to load into Zigdidi. Well Zigdidi so Zigdidi! We haven't been there yet anyway.

So we got to the factory for processing nuts (hazelnuts). On the way, George gave us a real tasting of Georgian khachapuri. They are different in each region - so you need to try everything! In general, the word "khachapuri" literally translates to "bread with cheese". Our cultural program included:
1. Mengrelian - looked like a big pizza smeared with egg on top.
2. Adjarian - in the shape of a boat in the middle of which floats a huge piece of butter, an egg and a pile of cheese. More precisely, an egg is poured on top of the cheese, and after it is removed from the oven, oil is added. You need to tear off the "spouts" and mix them and eat the filling.
3. Khachapuri on a skewer comes from the province of Guria. This is a huge piece of suluguni, which is strung on a skewer, and then wrapped in dough. After cooking, the dough becomes dry, brittle and hard. And in such a shell there is a pile of red-hot cheese. I didn't manage to eat a whole khachapuri, Bogdan had to save me.

To say that it was all delicious is a deep insult to Georgian cuisine. It was incredible. How good that our new friend George knows the best places with khachapuri.

As it turned out, the city of Zigdidi is famous for its nuts. And along with nuts and processing plants. We were brought to an advanced and powerful enterprise. It is fully working for export, and the order we came for will go to Germany. It turns out that all Ferrero Rocher nuts from Georgia. German confectioners ordered crushed hazelnuts (pellets) and hazelnut flour.

The workers here are cheerful and smiling, sympathetic to the breakdown of Italian equipment right in the middle of work. No one is shouting at anyone and no one is looking for the culprits. They just decide quickly what to do next.

For flour, in addition to the quality of nuts and humidity, a very important indicator is color. For the right color, first-grade flour and second-grade nuts are mixed in the appropriate proportion, those with a little dark inner skin left on them.

Since production was delayed, there were girls sitting nearby in the workshop who were sorting nuts, because only nuts of the first quality and peeled should go to graniuli.

There are also many requirements for pellets. They must also be of the appropriate caliber: 2-4, 4-6 and more than six millimeters. Errors in the caliber are not more than 5%. This is where I found a job. Maria and I, a quality expert, were sifting the pellets.

After sifting, the granules and flour are vacuum packed in 20 kg plastic bags. Each bag should be in a separate box, and on each box it should be indicated what it is, where and for whom it goes. Gluing stickers is a very responsible job, Bogdan did it.

At half past eleven at night, George, our driver, smiles provocatively. The production process was almost finished. best gay massage nearby
