Ashanti and Nelly served up a steamy concert performance this past weekend as the former couple took the stage at Power 98.3 and Power 96.1s Under The Mistletoe concert.
The two reunited for a performance of their 2008 single “Body On Me.” And things definitely got a little spicy.
Ashanti, dressed in a magenta bodysuit and pink metallic thigh-high boots, serenaded Nelly as she sang the hit song. Then, she turned around and dipped it low on the rapper proving that she’s still got it.
Nelly, visually struck by the singer’s moves, turned and looked at the concert crowd.
Like Nelly, fans loved what they saw and immediately took to social media, urging the former couple to get back together. And even cracking jokes at the rapper.
Some fans even took the time to poke fun at music executiveIrv Gotti.
Ashanti stepped into The Shade Room for an exclusive interview in October. The 42-year-old referred to her current relationship status as “complicated.” And said she would be open to giving an ex another chance, as long as they never had hurtful intentions for the singer.
Fans quickly took the comment sections and nudged Nelly to snag his second chance with the singer.
