Avril Lavigne And Tyga Lock Lips During Paris Fashion Week

It looks like Avril Lavigne and Tyga may be enjoying more than Sunday meals at NOBU. The pop singer and rapper shared a few intimate moments at a Paris Fashion Week event, including an on-the-lips kiss, hugs, and hand-holding.

Their bae-like interactions happened at a Mugler x Hunter Schafer party on March 6–about two weeks since their Los Angeles outing. At the time, sources close to the apparent pair told TMZ the artists were “hanging out together a lot lately.”Though they shared the NOBU meal with others, Lavigne and Tyga left in the same car.

The nature of their relationship was unclear. Now, things seem to be steamy (and public) between Avril and Tyga as they lip-locked while surrounded by party guests.

Avril Lavigne And Fianc Mod Sun Reportedly Called It Quits In February

About two days after the NOBU outing, PEOPLE reported that Avril and artist Mod Sun ended their engagement. Mod Sun had proposed in April 2022, meaning their engagement only lasted about 10 months. An insider alleged to PEOPLE that Avril and Mod’s relationship was on and off for about two months before deciding to end the relationship in February.

However, Lavigne and Mod Sun were photographed together at a pre-GRAMMY Gala on February 4, per Getty Images. Additionally, Mod Sun doesn’t appear to be on the same break-up page, per a rep who spoke withPEOPLEfollowing the NOBU dinner.

“They were together and engaged as of three days ago when Mod left for tour so if anything has changed that’s news to him,” a rep said on February 21.

Per the rep’s statement, Avril and Mod Sun were still engaged at least a day before she stepped out to NOBU alongside Tyga and others. Mod hasn’t reacted online to the Avril-Tyga-dating talks, but on Monday, he tweeted his gratitude for “real friends.”

Tyga and Avril have also haven’t reacted online to the dating rumors or their smooch but shared photos of fashion week outfits to their Instagram pages. Avril turned off the comments on her latest post, published on Tuesday (March 7).
