Congratulations are in order for Ayesha Howard, the mother of Lil Baby‘s eldest son, who has welcomed her second child.
On Tuesday, October 22, Howard took to her Instagram Story to share a maternity photo. The photo showed Howard donning a purple lace gown with a plunge over her chest and leg slit. Then, a follow-up post showed a 3D sonogram image of an infant’s face.
Finally, Howard’s third post showed her holding a baby girl dressed in pink attire. Additionally, Howard placed a purple heart emoji over the child’s face and wrote, “Momma baby doll.” Furthermore, a post on Howard’s Instagram revealed that the infant was born on October 14.

On October 10, Page Six exclusively reported that NBA star Anthony Edwards petitioned a court to determine whether he is the father of Howard’s infant.
“If genetic testing shows that the petitioner is the father, the petitioner requests an order establishing the minor childs paternity,” the filing reportedly asserts, per the outlet.
According to the outlet, a status conference has been scheduled on November 13 for th filing. Furthermore, Page Six notes that Edwards is speculated to have fathered at least three children in recent years. One reportedly includes a child whom he welcomed with his girlfriend, Shannon, in March, per PEOPLE.
Meanwhile, Howard and Edwards aren’t the only pair in recent headlines. As The Shade Room previously reported, earlier this month, Jayda Cheaves, the mother of Lil Baby’s youngest son, sparked headlines when social media users speculated she may have thrown shade at a woman rumored to be the rapper’s new girlfriend.
