The holiday season in the Biden residence will definitely be interesting this year around, as a new couple has formed within the family.
According to Page Six, Hallie Biden, the widow to Joe Biden’s late son, Beau Biden is now in a relationship with his brother Hunter, who is separated from his wife Kathleen.
Beau passed away back in May of 2015 due to brain cancer, which was one of the reasons why former Vice President Joe Biden decided not to run for president in October 2015.
Former Vice President Biden confirmed the relationship between Hallie and Hunter, saying, “We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness. They have mine and Jill’s full and complete support and we are happy for them.”
Hunter and his estranged wife Kathleen share three daughters named Naomi, Finnegan and Maisy. Hallie has two children, a daughter named Natalie, and a son who is also named Hunter.
The eldest Hunter said to Page Six, “Hallie and I are incredibly lucky to have found the love and support we have for each other in such a difficult time, and that’s been obvious to the people who love us most. We’ve been so lucky to have family and friends who have supported us every step of the way.”
A source revealed to Page Six that Hunter and Kathleen separated a few months following Beau’s death, but it is unclear if the two have yet to file for divorce.
