Here’s What Reportedly Led To BenDaDonnn’s Arrest

According to TMZ, authorities booked BenDaDonnn, whose real name is Benius Beard, into Brazos County Jail in Texas on Sunday, October 4, on a charge of evading arrest or detention. The College Station Police Department told TMZ that officers were clearing people from the roadway outside a bar when they encountered a group that allegedly refused to follow their commands. Police claimed that a man acting as a BenDaDonnn’s security guard slapped an officer’s hands away as they attempted to detain the streamer.

As BenDaDonnn allegedly tried to get away, an officer reportedly used a Taser to gain compliance. Footage circulating on X (formerly Twitter) appears to show Ben on the ground as the sound of a Taser goes off in the background. Police also alleged that his security guard pushed an officer who tried to take BenDaDonnnn into custody. Officers ultimately arrested both men. Authorities also charged Kenny Carter, the man who allegedly identified himself as BenDaDonnn’s security guard, with interference with public duties.
