Beyonc delivered the ultimate Christmas gift this year, shutting down the Halftime Show during the Texans vs. Ravens NFL game in her hometown of Houston, Texas, on Dec. 25.
Beyonc certainly brought the vibes, turning her halftime performance at the Texas vs. Ravens game into a full-on ‘Cowboy Carter’ showdown. True to her energy, she hit fans and viewers with some major surprises. For starters, she made a heavenly entrance in a stunning white outfit, riding in on a white horse while hitting high notes to ’16 Carriages.’ Then, she teamed up with country singers Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, and Reyna Roberts for a soulful cover of The Beatles’ ‘Blackbird.’ As if that wasn’t enough, Shaboozey popped up for a surprise cameo, and Beyonc linked up with Post Malone to perform their collab, ‘Levii’s Jeans.’
Social media also couldn’t get enough of Blue Ivy as she appeared during her mom’s halftime show. Blue popped up with the backup dancers, delivering moves and bringing the vibes. She even shared a sweet mother-daughter moment grooving with Bey while she sang ‘Texas Hold ‘Em.’ Blue’s appearance became a major highlight of the night, with fans showing her love, absolutely killin’ it out on the field with her mom.
Social media lit up after Beyonc’s halftime show, with fans flooding The Shade Room’s comment section with reactions. Plenty of folks gave her props for being one of the hardest-working artists in the game right now. Blue Ivy also got her flowers, with fans hyping her up for holding it down with her mom.
