Beyoncé Shares Proudest Moment, Biggest Hero & More With Garage Magazine

It’s not often Beyoncé does an interview, but when she does, she always captures our attention. Recently the “Formation” singer sat down with Garage Magazine to talk about her proudest moment, her biggest hero and much more.

As we anticipate Beyonce’s new rumored album and the start of her “Formation World Tour”, she opened up to the art and fashion magazine to show us a different side of her.

In the interview she talked about her love for art and photography and revealed that her mother Tina is a huge art collector and has always encouraged her to invest in art. She said, “I travel a lot and I love going to art galleries and museums in different cities with my family and friends.”

She also said her mother is also her biggest hero; everything she knows when it comes to motherhood comes from Ms. Tina. “She has taught me about caring for others, working hard and working smart. My mother has instilled confidence in my sister and me and taught us to always be grateful.”

However, we’re all pretty sure that her proudest moment is when she became a mother herself. She said, “Out of everything I’ve accomplished, my proudest moment hands down was when I gave birth to my daughter Blue.”

It’s a well-known fact that Bey is a boss and is hands on with her career and now she’s trying to help the Beyhive become leaders as she suggests something for her younger fans to read.

She said, “I would love for my younger fans to read “What Will It Take To Make a Woman President?” by Marianne Schnall. It’s a collection of interviews and essays by great women, including Maya Angelou, Gloria Steinem, and Melissa Etheridge. They will inspire you to become a better leader.”
