Beyonc is not happy with the company and the fact that they are using her name and her hit song Single Ladies to make profit. She wants the online store and its products to disappear and also wants to be awarded fully all profits the company has made from the products, according to the Daily Mail.

The multipage lawsuit goes into detail of how the company and its products are infringing on her rights and Bey wants the sale of the merchandise to cease immediately. According to the filed suit, the company has even tried to trademark Feyonc as if its not a play on an already trademarked name and brand.

We all know Beyonc doesnt need the money from this case but according to reports Beyonc feels that she will suffer harm to her business reputation because of the products and reports say the products are illegal.

We hope the case ends smoothly for both parties. This just goes to show that you cant mess with Bey and her brand!
