The rep added that the Miami Residential Reentry Management Office oversees the transfer. However, the statement didn’t include any additional details about the halfway house. Meech remains in Florida, though.

In the newly surfaced photo, he stands beside a celebrity barber with his arm around his shoulders. They appear to be standing in a kitchen area, presumably at the halfway house Big Meech ended up in. He is dressed in a black T-shirt and black shorts with a black watch on his wrist.

Police first arrested Big Meech in 2005 amid allegations that he and his brother had earned more than $270 million in cocaine sales. In 2008, the court sentenced him to 30 years in prison for trafficking, money laundering, and conspiracy charges. Earlier this year, he caught a legal win when the judge reduced his sentence by three years. It’s unclear what the conditions look like in his current confinement.

Akbar V Sends A Message To The BMF Co-Founder

Days before the photo of Big Meech surfaced, Akbar V went viral for a video message she shared for him. In the clip, she talked about him being home and the alleged icky habits of today’s men.

“Big Meech I’m so happy you home,” Akbar said. “It’s a lot of stuff that’s been going on that you don’t know about, so I’m gonna tell you. N**** be in the club, they’ve been dancing 25 girls on 2,500. Not only that, it’s been 17 n***s in the section, only three bottles, and I know you ain’t even approve of that. I know you ain’t never going for that.”

Akbar kept going in, saying that men are around here embarrassing Meech by pretending their money is long. Mind you, Akbar is recalling a time when Big Meech was known to spend big stacks — the same stacks that ultimately landed him behind bars. He has not responded to her message, but slide in the comments below to see if the roomies are sipping Akbar’s tea on today’s men.
