Bill Cosby may be behind bars, but he doesn’t think that should stop him from being present in all of his affairs. Page Six reports Bill is more than furious with his insurance company, AIG, for settling another sexual assault lawsuit filed against him.
AIG reportedly settled with former model Chloe Gains, who accused Bill of drugging and molesting her at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angele in 2008.
Bill released a statement through his publicist Andrew Wyatt, blasting his insurance company for making the move without his authorization.
“AIG continues to act egregiously by settling these heinous claims without my knowledge and/or my consent; and AIG continues to show they’re complicit in this scheme to destroy me and my family,” the statement read.
He also encouraged other policyholders of AIG to drop the insurance company, warning customers that they would deeply regret being involved with them.
“I encourage all of AIG’s policyholders to drop this pathetic insurance company quickly, before they destroy you and your family.”
Bill is currently serving three-to-ten years behind bars after being convicted on charges of aggravated indecent assault. We previously reported about his accusers coming forward, claiming they had been drugged and sexually assaulted.
A Pennsylvania jury found him guilty of drugging and molesting a Temple University employee named Andrea Costand.
Earlier this month, AIG settled defamation suits filed against Cosby by seven other women. The women sued Bill after he said they’d falsely accused him of various acts of sexual misconduct.
Bill also indicated in his statement that he intends to continue his counter-suits against Goins and his other accusers.
