Bill Cosby Says He No Longer Showers Amid COVID-19 Outbreak In Prison

Chile, many people have taken to hand sanitizer and masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but Bill Cosby’s approach is a bit next level.

The former comedian has decided not to take showers, while he’s locked up. Instead, Bill Cosby’s opting for a quick lil’ wash up.

In an interview with Daily Mail, Bill Cosby said he has decided to take a bird bath, instead.

“As of now, I have declined to take any showers, and I have decided to take wash-ups in my cell. This is the best way for me to stay safe and healthy,’’ Bill Cosby said to Daily Mail.

This is because of a COVID-19 outbreak in the prison, according to Andrew Wyatt, Bill Cosby’s attorney.

“Wyatt said there has also been an outbreak of Covid-19 cases in the area in which Cosby is being held. Cosby is being tested daily for the virus,” according to Daily Mail.

Since being convicted for sexually assaulting former Temple University basketball administrator Andrea Constand, BIll Cosby states he is under lockdown for 20 hours a day.

The Daily Mail also reported that Bill Cosby no longer receives two daily 15-minute phone calls; he’s now only receiving one 10-minute phone call per day.

Earlier this month, Cosby and his team presented evidence in front of the courts in hopes of having his 2018 conviction overturned. Consequently, he is “very, very hopeful’’ of the outcome, according to reports.

Though hopeful, Cosby expressed “we’re not declaring a win.” Cosby reportedly stated he was grateful, “the world got to hear and witness what mainstream media refused to publish, which was the truth and the facts,” at the December 1st hearing that took place.

Ahhh, OK.
