#Roommates, many would think that the top two wealthiest men in the world wouldnt have time to engage in mild beef and throw a little shadebut Elon Musk clearly had some time recently to gather Jeff Bezos. During a recent interview, Elon Musk (the wealthiest man in the world) said that Jeff Bezos (the worlds second wealthiest man) should work harder and spend less time in the hot tub if he wants to boost his Blue Origin space program.
While accepting his honor for being named Person Of The Year by the Financial Times, Elon Musk decided to throw a few jabs at his fellow billionaire rival Jeff Bezos. Musk didnt hold back when speaking about what Bezos needs to do to get his coins up in order to knock him from being the wealthiest man in the world. He advised that Bezos should devote more time to his space company Blue Origin and less time in the hot tub if he wants to lead in the billionaire space travel raceand he should work harder.
Elon Musk also said that Jeff Bezos does not seem to be willing to spend mental energy getting into the details of engineering and that while Bezos possesses reasonably good engineering aptitudehe takes himself a bit too seriously. In case you need a reminder, Musk is currently worth $252 billion in comparison to Jeff Bezos who is worth $195 billion. Back in October, Musk trolled Bezos on Twitter by responding to Bezos with a silver medal emoji in reference to his second place ranking.
Additionally, Musk also said that he puts in work seven days a week, working 80 to 90 hourswhich he stressed as a contrast to Bezos leading a more laidback lifestyle. As of now, Jeff Bezos has not publicly responded to Musks comments.
As we previously reported earlier this week, Elon Musk was officially named as TIME magazines Person Of The Year.
