Remember when news broke that Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner claiming that they 86xed her reality show? Well, Chynas team took an L today because the judge sided with the Kardashians and dismissed them from the case!
According to TMZ, Chynas lawyer, Lisa Bloom, went head to head with the Kardashians lawyer, Shawn Holley, in court Thursday.
The judge basically shot down all of Chynas claims one by one. She claimed that E! dropped her show because the Kardashians painted her out to be an unfit mother. The judge openly expressed that he doesnt even watch the show but said its basically hard to believe that E! wouldnt do a show where the mom is unfit…hello thats hella ratings!
She also claimed that they interfered with her contract and he told her lawyer straight up that sis had a contract with the network not them!
The judge did give the opportunity to go back to the drawing board and try again. Chyna still blames Rob for the showing going down as well and is still suing him for it as well. Rob claims that Chyna killed the reality show when she got a restraining order against him because its hard to do a show thats dealing with two people who cant even interact with one another.
