Bobby Shmurda’s Parole Has Been Denied (Update)

TSR Updatez: Bobby Shmurda’s parole has been denied as he goes on his sixth year behind bars.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Bobby was denied parole after his interview with the parole board last week. It wasn’t immediately clear why his parole was denied but fans will understandably be upset by this news as Bobby was poised to get out sometime this year.

And it sounds like the chances are very slim that he’ll be out before December 2021, which would mean that he would serve out his max sentence.

Bobby’s mother previously told us that she was confident his parole hearing would have no effect on his release date.

There was a lot of buzz about Bobby’s parole hearing due to rumors that he would be released early from prison. Fans are also anticipating new music from Bobby, which his mother also confirmed was on the way.

“The who’s I am not at liberty speak on, but what I can say is that there will be a very strong come back and the people won’t be disappointed. There are so many surprises in store,” Bobby’s mother, Leslie Pollard, said.

While Bobby has been incarcerated since 2014, he never lost the support of his peers.

Bobby was sentenced to 7 years in prison for conspiracy to possess weapons and possession of a weapon. The conspiracy to murder charge was dismissed.

Initially jailed in 2014, he received two years time served, while waiting on his initial trial to start.

His fans are still holding out hope that Bobby will get to see freedom earlier than expected even though reports indicate that it’s highly unlikely he’ll be released early.

We’ll keep you posted on any major updates in Bobby’s case.
