Brandy Seemingly Confirms Upcoming Collaboration Between Her And JoJo

Roomies, what’s it called when nostalgia and vocals meet? Well, in the case of Brandy and JoJo, we’ll have to wait and see! JoJo posted a photo alongside Brandy captioning it “hi queen.” In response, Brandy slid into her comment section to tease an upcoming collaboration!

Cant wait for people to see what we have in store, Brandy wrote. Youre so special to me and to music. So happy we got a chance to connect.

With her words, Brandy gives just enough to make everyone wonder what exactly this pair has in store for fans. While both ladies are known to throw down with vocals, the photo posted doesn’t give any indictors that the collaboration is music-related. In fact, it’s difficult to tell when this photo was taken, but Brandy’s connect comment could mean it was a recent link up.

In the photo, Brandy is dressed in a black, patterned, long-sleeve blouse. She’s pictured smiling with her hair straightened. Meanwhile JoJo opted for brighter colors in her fit. She wore a button-down, polka dot white blouse with a bright orange tank top underneath. JoJo accessorized with a small necklace. By Saturday, the photo had received over 105,000 likes on Instagram.

Meanwhile, fans can get excited about Brandy’s confirmed project ‘Queens.’ She was casted to play in the ABC drama pilot as a member of a fictional 90s hip hop group. She’s been working alongside big names like Eve, Naturi Naughton, and Nadine Velazquez.

Last year, we exclusively reported a snippet of a collaboration between JoJo and Tory Lanez. The song, called ‘Comeback,’ came from JoJo fantasizing about the intensity of sleeping with her ex. The singer tapped on Tory for the feature as a first-choice saying “I sent him the song and he upped the ante by laying a verse that exceeded my expectations.”
