Brian McKnight recently shared the stage with the most adorable duet partner.
Roomies, Brian McKnight is going viral again. This time, it’s for a cute moment that he shared with his youngest son, Brian Kainoa Makoa Jr.
During a recent concert, the ‘Back at One’ singer held his son Brian Jr. in his arms. The toddler wore a dark sweatsuit and blue headphones, while Brian performed in a grey suit.
As Brian hits major high notes, Brian Jr. cheered him on, showing excitement about his dad’s singing. The audience quickly erupted into cheers as Brian Jr. clapped along, making the award-winning singer emotional. Shedding a few joyful tears, the quick clip sees him embracing Brian Jr. for a heartfelt hug.
The Roomies hopped in The Shade Room comment section to share their thoughts on Brian Jr.’s cute reaction, while others seemingly called the R&B musician for neglecting his other children.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Brian McKnight had four children Brian Jr., Nikolas, Briana, and Clyde with three different women before marrying Leilani.
However, in recent years, the singer has distanced himself from the first three, describing their relationship as equally “mutual.”
In contrast, Brian publicly embraced Leilani’s biological children, Julia and Jack, as his own. Upon welcoming their youngest child together, Brian legally changed his own name to match the infant’s, a decision that omitted his eldest son Jr.’s name from his legal identity.
Per TSR, Nikolas McKnight has publicly spoken about his ongoing issues with his father, continuously addressing them on social media. In May, he responded to Tyrese for defending his father’s actions. Additionally, in April, Niko and his mother, Julie, criticized Brian for labeling his biological children as “evil.”
