Looks like Caitlyn Jenner has dodged major consequences in the deadly car crash she was involved in earlier this year.
According to 6ABC, prosecutors in the case failed to charge Caitlyn because they believe there wasn’t enough evidence for her to be charged.
Jenner and her lawyer, Blair Berk, seemed to be obviously happy about the news.
“We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing,” Berk stated. “We are heartened the district attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanor charge would be inappropriate. A traffic accident, however devastating and heartbreaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter.”
As it goes, it was reported that on Feb.7 Jenner crashes her Cadillac Escalade into two cars. Driver, Kim Howe, died in the accident when Jenner’s truck pushed her Lexus into oncoming traffic and collided head on into a Hummer.

The case was then transferred to the district attorney’s major crimes division and that’s where we guess things fell apart.
“It is a devastating tragedy,” Jenner said in a statement to the victims in the accident. “I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them.”
Even though she has gotten off scot-free criminally she will still be facing civil lawsuits filed by Howe’s stepchildren and the driver who was driving the other car that was hit.
Let’s chat below, do you believe justice was served here?
