‘Carpool Karaoke’ Series Coming To Apple Music

Last week everyone had the chance to see our First Lady, Michelle Obama, hop into the front seat with “The Late Late Show” host, James Corden.

The two had a great time during a segment of “Carpool Karaoke,” which eventually Missy Elliot popped up from the back seat to join the two.

Now the segment will become a new series on Apple Music. According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS Television Studios and Fulwell 73 will produce the series.

The segment turned series, will expand wit more celebs riding around singing to their favorite hit songs, as well as surprising their fans along the ride. Unfortunately, James Corden will not be at the wheel for the series, but a new host will soon be announced.

Eddy Cue, who oversees Internet software and services including Apple Music said, “We love music, and ‘Carpool Karaoke’ celebrates it in a fun and unique way that is a hit with audiences of all ages. It’s a perfect fit for Apple Music — bringing subscribers exclusive access to their favorite artists and celebrities who come along for the ride.”

Apple Music recently shot another series with Dr. Dre called “Vital Signs,” but it’s unclear on what they plan to do with it.

Roommates are you here for a complete series of “Carpool Karaoke”?
